Tentative start date of May 1, 2026, in the fields and packing house
Responsibilities:
o Harvesting, sorting and packing of produce
o Load, unload, transfer crates, supplies and produce
o Work is fast paced, repetitive, and physically demanding including bending, crouching and kneeling
o Need to be able to lift 20 lbs. independently
o Minimum wage and 40-60 hours per week.
Preferred Qualifications:
o Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Field work is outdoors (min age 14)
o Packhouse work inside (min age 15)
