Let’s talk grapes

    Shopping for Grapes

Table grapes should appear plump and firm with no signs of shriveling and still attached to the stems. To maximize freshness, wash and refrigerate table grapes, preferably in the crisper drawer, where they stay fresh for as long as two weeks. You can also freeze table grapes (they last up to a year in your freezer) and enjoy them as a frozen treat or thaw them in a few hours.

    Nutritional Info

Grapes are nutritious, providing a source of dietary fiber, copper, Vitamin K, Thiamine, Riboflavin, Vitamin B6, Potassium, Vitamin C, Manganese, and Vitamin E. Additionally, they are a source of antioxidants, including resveratrol, which are associated with heart health, anti-aging, and disease-fighting benefits.

    Taste Profile

Grapes are sweet treat loaded with flavor. While each grape variety has its own unique profile, generally, green grapes are the sweetest.
