The Accounting Administration Clerk is responsible for various clerical duties.
Responsibilities:
o Ensure timely and accurate data entry.
o Enter orders into appropriate programs.
o Ensure data is up to date.
o Perform other clerical duties as necessary.
o Assist in Accounts Receivable / Payable
o Assist with review of current procedures and implementation of new procedures.
o Assist with the review and implementation of any new or updated software and/ or programs
Preferred Qualifications:
o Candidates must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
o Excellent communication and organizational skills.
o QuickBooks / ADP / Famous experience
o Completion of Post Secondary School with a background in Business and accounting related courses
o Pay scale will be determined by qualifications
